Please Read Before Booking an In-Home Appointment
There is a proposal fee of $40.00 for all in-home estimates. This estimate includes a digital take-off and a line-itemized quote by room. The appointment takes approximately 1 hour and requires a person with authority over the space to be present.

What to Expect When Requesting an Estimate
At Ann Arbor Hardwoods we believe good communication with our clients is extremely important. Our estimators are there to provide you with all of the information and options our company can provide. We want our clients to be informed so they can make decisions based on what is the best fit for them.
You will receive a formal line itemized room by room estimate during the visit. The estimator will review the information so you understand the estimate. We will also provide a digital takeoff with accuracy within 1/16 of an inch of the area being quoted.
Unfortunately, we do not provide pricing through email or over the phone due to the many factors that are involved in estimating the cost of a project.
