We recently hired Ann Arbor Hardwoods to refinish our Read Oak Hardwood Kitchen Floor. It had been several years since we had done any work on the floor. There were scratches from kitchen chairs, water stains from a leaking skylight, and overall wear and tear all over the floor. It was in bad shape. From the very beginning of the process, Ann Arbor Hardwoods was professional, experienced, reliable, and competent. Michael took his time to explain their process and lay a foundation for what to expect. The craftsmen were personable, courteous, and exceptionally clean. There was minimal dust and they used plastic to protect the rest of the house. Most of all, they were thorough with close attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make sure all our final concerns, which were few, were taken care of to our expectations. We enjoyed having them in our home. We would give them a 12 out of 10, with 10 being the highest degree of satisfaction with their work. We are considering putting hardwood flooring in the rest of our house and wouldn’t hesitate to have them do the work.
